Admisssion

A student is eligible for admission to SIS on the basis of age, basic interaction and a general proficiency test, which is held for students seeking admission to class I and above.
The admission to classes is done on the basis of vacancies, in a particular class and the child should have passed the previous class from a recognized affiliated school.
The age criteria are as follows:

  • Visit the School & Meet Admission Head.
  • After Filling and Completion of registration.
  • As soon as all the registration process would have been finished all the documents would be handed over.
  • General Screening of Documents.
  • Interaction/Test of the child.
  • If child clears the test, then parents will have an interview with Principal.
  • If selected, applicant fills the Admission Form & Deposits the Fee’s.
  • ​The applicant would be required to submit the Admission Form to the Admission In-charge with the set of all required documents.

Once Admission is granted you may proceed to deposit the Fees and submit the following Documents-

  • The Management reserves to itself the right of admission.
  • Before a pupil can be considered for admission, the Performa duly filled in and signed by both of the parents/ guardians must be deposited with the School along with the pre-admission process fee. If neither of the parents is alive or present, the lawful guardian of the child can sign the form.
  • A child who has not attained the age of 5 years will not be admitted to class 1. Admission to higher or lower classes will be governed by this rule.
  • A child who had previously studied in another recognized school will have to submit a Transfer Certificate and report card from the school last attended.
  • Birth Certificate issued by the Municipality of Registrar of Deaths and Births, is a mandatory document for all applicants, of Nursery or Kindergarten. This is the only valid certificate in the absence of a School issued transfer certificate.
  • Proof of residents you are required to submit a photocopy of any of the following documents and the time of verification of the forms

    3. Telephone Bill
    4. Electricity Bill
    5. Aadhar Card
    6. Lease Deed
    7. Driving Licence
  • must pay special attention to correctly fill in the details of the name, and date of birth of the child. Subsequent changes in the date of birth are not permitted.
  • Record of immunization must be duly filled in and produced in the office when required.
  • Admission to all classes except pre-school is finalized after a preliminary test and/or interview and payment of prescribed fees which, once paid, are not refundable.
  • Before admission and/or shifting residence, parents should satisfy themselves that adequate transport arrangements exist for their wards from the place of residence to the school and back. Deviation from the established route or a change in the time schedule will not be permitted. Parents who shift their residence have to officially inform the school about the same so that proper changes are made in the school records. It is mandatory that this procedure should be carried out personally by parents themselves and not through correspondence or through their children.
  • Parents desiring their children to continue at this school are required to apply in a prescribed form. Parents who do not submit the admission Performa to the school within the prescribed time after the results are declared will forfeit their chance to be admitted into the school.
  • Parents have to submit the current photographs of their ward and themselves.
  • Students who are under transfer from schools outside U.P. must have their transfer certificate counter-signed by the Inspector of Schools of the state concerned.
  • Parents have to submit the Adoption Deed In case of adopted child.
  • Parents have to submit certification In case of SC/ST/OBC/Villager (Indirapuram) from the authorized authorities.
  • In case of transport they have to submit the attested photographs of the entrusted person for any kind of pick and drop in the school and at the bus stop.

Before submission of documents, kindly ensure that all documents are filled in block letters, completed and duly signed. Any incomplete documents may lead to delay in the Admission procedure and increase the risk of not gaining a seat. Students may be awarded more than one but will only receive the financial benefits of one.
The children from the neighbourhood area are given preference.

*Parents are requested not to insist on meeting the teachers during school hours, however they can meet the class / subject teacher on working Saturdays between 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm (Summer Timing) and 2.00 pm to 2.30 pm (Winter timing) or any other working day only by prior appointment through Almanac.
